Thanks to all of you colleagues, (@fiveten), (@gblair), (@johnb), (@fiveten)
-
Very nice, Aldo @aldog. Putting your model on a diorama base really gives context to the model. Well done.
-
Very nice presentation Aldo (@aldog). Very nice indeed.
-
That looks really nice, Aldo @aldog
-
Wow! Awesome, my friend @aldog!
-
Sneak preview: still tweaking the base and want to repaint the elephants, but real close now.
-
Thanks Spiros and John - just a couple of touch-ups here and I will be giving it the final matte clear coat
-
A real beauty, Aldo @aldog Looking forward to the base.
-
Looks excellent, my friend @aldog! Looking forward to the display base!
-
Finishing touches: Prop logos applied. Doors opened. Plane is basically done, now just planning the display base.
-
Nice work on the weathering, @flypastrush
-
Wash and weathering are really excellently done, my friend @flypastrush!
-
A little bit more work done on the Mosquito XIII over the weekend. Getting some panel line wash on and then off again to weather it up somewhat- Hope you all had a good weekend
-
Yes Aldo keeping all those spare decals that I didn't use on projects does help out at times
-
Thanks John, George & Spiros, Made some more progress this weekend
-
@flypastrush - there's an easy way to deal with the decal silvering on the insignig - slice the decal with a new #11 blade, then flood with solvent. It will get rid of the air bubbles under the decal and settle […]
-
They do look very nice, Aldo @aldog
-
Wow! Great, my friend @aldog!
-
Spoiler alert: there will be elephants ( they need a bit of work)
-
