    One of the prettiest schemes for the Lightning, and again, two different nose art graphics. The decals for the spinners were tricky to apply. I employed some nice aftermarket gun barrels and resin wheels. Paint is multiple shades of Alclad.

    It's been a while since I built it so I'm not sure, but I know it's not Monogram.

    Very nicely done - I have these markings aswell, just not too certain how I'm going to paint the spinners yet !

    Tricky decal placement or not, they certainly turned out well, Jack. I believe I've read that there were those times that the crew chief was 'allowed' to choose their own nose art for the right side of the aircraft.
