Thanks John, the ICM kit does provide a good basic interior, just needs a Quinta or Eduard's set to make it pop.

Getting back to the Marauder, still adding the details, to the flight deck.

The auxiliary bottle is painted Tamiya Yellow, assembled and placed towards the rear of the flight deck.

Next to assemble the Norden bombsight and base and then placed on the deck of the bombardiers station.

The RH side control column is assemble and attached to the co-pilots station.

Next to continue with more details in the flight deck.

Starting with the bombardiers station, the seat base bracket is next to be attached.

The bombardiers seat is black with a yellow cushion. Then the seatbelts are attached as well. Then placed in position in the bombardiers station.

Next is to detail the flight compartment rear bulkhead.

The Kelik details are attached to enhance the details moulded on the bulkhead.

The curtains are painted Olive Drab as more details are attached.

The fire extinguisher is painted Gunze Red, with a black nozzle.

Then attached to the bulkhead as well as the rest of the details. Now ready to install.

More work on the interior, lots of details with in this Marauder,

    more to follow...

That interior is really getting along nicely, Chuck @uscusn
Did you use a certain kind of material to create that cushion on the seat?

Hi John, no the cushion is a detail decal from the Kelenik detail set. Looks nice with the wrinkles.
Thanks Spiros, still a ways to go on the interior.

Today will assemble the bomb bay.

The forward wall is aluminum, found some images where this could be Interior Green (IG) as well.

A reservoir tank and rack are painted IG and the attached in place on the bulkhead.

Next is to assemble the bomb racks and the center support brace. No bombs for now.

Next is to build the bomb bay compartment.

The rear wall and roof to attach the beam and forward wall.

What is nice is that ICM made this process not difficult when it very easily could have been. The alignment ends up perfect as well.

Once the asseembly sets, a test fit into the LH fuselage half looks perfect carefully slipping into place.

Finishing up in the flight deck, seats are installed.

Details from the Kelenik set enhanges the LH side interior wall of the cockpit.

A wash and some silvering is applied on the floor and high wear areas.

A test fit of the cockpit is tight with the fuselage halves coming together. The top seam not quite closing, will have to trim around the bulkheads.

The rear main bulkhead is washed and a Kelenik detail applied.

The tail gun is assembled, this can be added after painting, which will make handling easier.

Next up complete the rear section of the interior.
