    The engines and cowlings are always complex in a multi-engine model, Felix (@fxrob), so I am sure you are glad to be moving past them. The B-24D is probably my favorite version of the Liberator, probably because I have always been interested in the Ploesti Raid, which was made with the "D" model. Besides, masking all of those 1/72 turret frames would make me crazy.

    Dear George @gblair, yes and yet i have to figure out a way how to mask the engines. I forgot about that a bit.

    Personally, i like the H version because of the front turret, there's something menacing about its look. But yeah, i do not look forward to masking all of it.

    @lis, i was hoping for a Coastal Command version as well.

    @lis, the Blenheim, ha. Your nightmare! 🙂 I will get it though. And the new Spitfire Mk.IXe is great. So is the reissue of the 1/48th Mk.1 Spit, great schemes.

    @fxrob
    Also very nice B-17! Pity they don’t change tail to early version.
    PS. Jolly rogers B-24 is better option for me.

    Look on this fantastic B-24. He have extra window on nose part. I’m curious is it possible to drill hole and make window by clear glue.

    Bernard (@lis), almost certainly there is some sort of frame around the extra window, which means that any seam from adding a hole can be made to look like it is intentional. UV cure resin makes nice small windows as long as you are careful to avoid bubbles in the window. Clear PVA glues like MicroScales's MicroKrystal Clear can work, however, I have always felt that it looks a bit cloudy. Or if you have a micro punch, you could cut it from clear acetate and glue it in with Micro Krystal Clear and then paint the frame around it.
