All seem to fit perfectly, Bernard @lis
@johnb Unfortunetly not at all. Cover cracked off because of strains when I’m glueing engine to fuselage.I need to putty and sand it.

Capt. R (@lis), looks like a speed bump to a strong build. Your on a roll and you've got some momentum going on. That yellow fuselage stripe looks good and the cowling /engine is getting there.

Today I spent most of the day decaling and applying various soots and making corrections to the engine casing. I was afraid of putting the decals on a corrugated surface, but I managed to do it with little difficulty.

Beautiful weathering, lovely smoke stains @lis.
Nice repair on the cowling, Bernard @lis Decals on such a surface are absolutely not easy but you did a great job on them.
Excellent job with the decals and weathering, my friend @lis!
@lis, Yeah, like he said, the decals have laid down beautifully and the weathering is subtle. Great save on the Yellow cowling with #9. It will be great to see the wheels on the landing gear too
Decals look great, Bernard (@lis). Getting the decals to lay down over the corrugated surface is tough, but yours snuggled down and look just like they were painted.
Looking good Lis, @lis, and it looks like the decals behaved pretty nice even on the corrugated surfaces.
That it wouldn't be so good…
The right engine detached and fell into pieces during final weathering. when gluing the cylinder block again, the glue destroyed the paint and the cover had to be partially repainted, which took me the whole evening.
@lis still looks pretty darn perfect to me!
