I drilled hole for montage pin in antenna, and started work with resin wheels. Wheels from the box are not bad, but I want sth more. @gblair Fortunetly there was not to much cleaning. This resin casts was really good.

I have to admit that this kit's fabric effect is quite well done judging by these last two photos. It looks like you have a good start on the painting.
Some great pre-shading, Bernard @lis I agree with Carl @clipper, the canvas looks on this model are really nice.

Lots of tape for masking, Bernard (@list), but hard to protect any other way. I just did the same thing on the FM-2, but a much smaller plane. Great idea to preshade on something this large.
