    Allan @kalamazoo, those details! You never stop to amaze me with your precision in this scale! Are the decals pledged after they set, or do you have another nice trick we need to know about 🙂
    Very nice.

    Thank you Erik, the decals go on with Pledge slightly diluted with the distilled water I soak them in and wash the glue off with and then more Pledge until I think they won't have any air under them, I don't always get that bit right !

    Thank you for showing the "before" cockpitframing. Goes to show just how much can be corrected and cleaned up with some care. Great stuff on the hydraulic actuators - what brand silver/chrome are we talking about there?

    Allan, I was having a go with brushpainting my Nanzan yesterday, but no where near the same results. I suppose it is that old Patience my boy monster that snug in on me again. Encouraged by your skills with a brush, I will continue down that path and improve my skills - lots of room for improvement is there, and no doubt I will improve 😉

    Your legs are looking good - the Mosquito legs that is @kalamazoo.

    Thanks Erik, I can only get an acceptable result on small items !

    Allan- just checking in to see what you’ve been up to since I last stopped by. I also use MM chrome silver enamel as well (great stuff), but what’s this about metalizer? As an accent? Or? Those legs look as hot as Betty Gable’s’!

    @airbum

    @eb801

    Enamels tend to produce good handbrush results. A good quality soft brush, an appropriately thinned (ie not thick) paint, patience and, of course, skill, can produce masterpiece results like Allan's @kalamazoo!

    Thanks Eric, I don't want to waste the metalizer by spraying it out the window, ----------

    Snap fitting is so nice when it happens, isn't it Allan @kalamazoo!
    Your canopy is in the middle of painting process, will look great when done (with a bit of microtrimming?)
