    @fiveten - the Spifire Vb did not have the scissors on the gear oleo. That was a post-war fit on Spitfires.

    You're really doing justice to this old turkey.

    I like the colors, Spiros (@fiveten). The underside really looks bright until the middlestone goes on.

    Thanks my friends @eb801 and @gblair! For "middle stone", I used a leftover tin of Humbrol enamel, that took ages to stir, as the pigment had practically become hard like stone (middle stone 😄). Let's see where the looks will converge to upon dark earth application.
