I have been 'sperimentin. I went to HL about a month ago and bought some light linen type material in a light shade of blue. I also had some iron on hem to hem the material and put in a pocket for a small curtain rod to go through. Linda bought me a new cheap wally world clamp desk lamp and now I get to show what has transpired.

I know that the light needs to be diffused some what but hey, its better than the black plastic tablecloth I had.

I also used different camera settings and I see that now I may have to fore go the flash because of the blue highlights it leaves.

Looking good. I never use the on-camera flash for modeling photography, as it does bad things to the shadows and depth of the model.

If your camera has a white balance setting (most do), I'd suggest trying the different settings. White balance set to your type of lighting ("incandescent light"?) should bring out the colors even better.
