Matija, I’m qualified to say this; you are crazy.

Matija - this cracked me up. Cheers for the soundtrack!

    David - that’s a great poster!

    All I see, however, is 1/32 - 1/48 - 1/72 - 1/72 -1/100 - 1/100 - 1/100 - 1/100- 1/100 -1/100

    Meanwhile, Matija is deemed mad!

There’s a exponential relationship between talent and low(ish) levels of (in)sanity, a fact that this community proves every day.

Talent is the insane's way to prove differently.

wait wait wait, i dont know about you, but for me, when someone says "Apocalypse now", flashbacks are:
huey, Ride of the Valkyries, smell of the napalm in the morning.

The opening scenes with Sheen, The Doors and the Hueys with the Napalm backdrop - the film could stop there and it would be brilliant! But yes those you said, Matija. And for me Kilgore not twitching as the bullets fly around him and the ‘Charlie don’t surf’ line. I watched it again a few weeks before David unleashed this particular beast. It never gets old for me.

Paul, you have all that and then the amazing back story of this movie which is a whole narrative of its own. Less a movie and more of a cultural marker.
