I can’t believe that details that you have included on these. The engines are wing cannons are incredibly well done.

    Keep it going !

@greenterrorz, thanks for the explanation and the link. Very helpful. It does make clear that I need a lot of improvement on my airbrush skills.

@johnb - based on your work, you are more than skilled enough!

Decals done on the A-7 minus a few stencils which can’t be applied quite yet.

Here is the Eduard carrier film before and after removal:

Video of how to remove the carrier film if you’ve never done it before. Must wait at least 24 hours - https://imgur.com/KKdvDLs

These are looking absolutely amazing. I just checked on my 1/18 scale FW-190D to see what markings it has. As things turn out, I was wrong. It has very similar to what you have on yours, but not the exact same. Mine is 'Black 12".

It is also in "Late War" markings as yours, but a little bit different. It is hanging in our garage, along with the other 1/18 models.

Keep it going, I look forward to your next installment.

@fiveten @johnb - You both are too kind!

@lgardner - Yeah very similar to the one I’m building. Such cool variants out there of the Dora.

    More updates:

A-7 - Oil wash is done. Matte varnish done. Few little PE parts to add as well as landing gear. The last step will be doing pigment powder weathering.

D-9 - Oil wash added. Still need to do matte varnish as well as the other items mentioned for the A-7.
