    Dry fitted the canopy and these parts do fit very well.


    Bernard @lis included a helpful set of masks, thanks for that. I'm definitely going to make use of them.

    Masked the canopy, the Eduard masks fit really well. Front part of the canopy is glued, not sure yet if I will display it with the rear part slid open or not.

    Gaps at the front of the fuselage were filled with Vallejo plastic putty and filed various times. To check the smoothness I applied some paint and to me it looks acceptable.

    Placed the canopy guiding rail in backward position.


    This to display the aircraft with the canopy open. Fits quite nicely to be honest.

    It does however make it a bit more difficult to apply the camouflage.
