"An amazing website, and a great bunch of modelers that give me encouragement to build better models." @marq
Dry fitted the canopy and these parts do fit very well.
You make really good job.
Excellent job, my friend @johnb! The masks will be really helpful!
@lis, thank you, Bernard @fiveten, thanks, Spiros.
Masked the canopy, the Eduard masks fit really well. Front part of the canopy is glued, not sure yet if I will display it with the rear part slid open or not.
Great that the masks fit well, my friend @johnb! Excellent progress!
@fiveten, thank you, Spiros
Gaps at the front of the fuselage were filled with Vallejo plastic putty and filed various times. To check the smoothness I applied some paint and to me it looks acceptable.
John vd Biggelaar (@johnb) This looks very nice my friend ! It should not be too much longer and you will be spraying on some paint. Keep it going ! It's looking wonderful... 🙂
Looking excellent, my friend @johnb!
@lgardner, thanks a lot, Louis. Paint gets closer, problem is that I still haven't decided which scheme it will get. @fiveten, thank you, Spiros
Placed the canopy guiding rail in backward position.
Decided to go for the aircraft of Walther Dahl, CO of IV.(Sturm)/JG 300 in December 1944.
Great job on the canopy and very nice chosen camo, my friend @johnb!
@fiveten, thanks a lot, Spiros
