    A coat of under side RLM 78 ? ridges of paint from the tape edge sanded, a little touch up needed !

    I did try to use Pledge (actually Humbrol clear), but lost patience. Will have to revisit the use of it for a vac-form canopy in progress.

    @airbum, for transparant parts I use Revell contacta clear, till now it does do the job nicely.

    Thanks Erik, vac- form canopies may benefit from a more flexible glue, PVA type ! ------
