Nice pick, Marcus. The Pfalz D.III/IIIa is my favorite WW1 plane.

Thanks guys, the old Eduard is not that detailed, but does anyway.

The status today - please note that :

a)there is no weathering, for this is a fast pace build; and,

b)colors chosen based on the WnW instructions...

    Marcus, @mvtb
The Pfalz D-III has always been one of my favorite First World War aircraft. It's so sleek and elegant, and reminds me of the Albatros D-III / D-V series, but only a bit more streamlined. You picked a great scheme too, as Jasta 10 had some neat looking aircraft. I have always wanted to build up a Pfalz D-III as flown by Werner Voss. Maybe someday...

Meanwhile, I commend you on your progress. It's looking very nice.

Thanks Louis,it is in the hole picking phase, and also discovering where some piping will go...none provided by Eduard...

This is looking nice. I did a couple of these, and it makes up into a very nice-looking model. As you can see, they gave you more than enough interior detail, considering what you see through the open cockpit.
