I've made a start on the kit, used the PE set for some detail but don't think I'll be using much of it as it won't really be seen on this scheme.
Here is the cockpit and the viper together.

I'm trying Zenithal highlighting for the cockpit, the plane will be in flight, I think though I added my paint a bit too thick.

Excellent work on the interior and the pilot, to me the painting looks okay.

Thanks everyone - this is the painting on the pilot done - I think he'll look better with a matt clear coat over him, then I'll see if it needs any highlighting.

All built up and now primer is on - Vallejo Gloss back primer. need to do the bottom now.
