    Hi everyone!

Here is my entry for this wonderful GB...

The Falco I was an all metal, low-wing monoplane, used by the Regia Aeronautica and the Swedish Air Force during the first part of the Second World War.

The SMĚR kit is a rebox of the 70s Artiplast kit. Though the box states "1/48", it is actually 1/50. It is an absolutely basic kit in every respect, with the parts exhibiting huge amounts of flash and the transparencies looking foggy and crude.

The decal sheet is made by Propacteam and is well registered, bit the ultra thin decals are very temperamental, this being when new. Now they are 15 years old, so, wish me lack...🤭

I plan to depict the box art scheme, a bird belonging to 1Squadriglia, FF.NN, Avoazione Ausillaria per la Regia Marina, as it stood in 1942

    Great choice, Spiros @fiveten
What an odd scale, 1/50, although the difference with 1/48 will not be noticable.
    Looking forward to it.

Made a start, just to gain some momentum, I decided to assemble the 4-piece wing. Tha bay top walls were totally plain...

...so I added some fine mesh on... ...and assembled the wing. Not only fit is not good, but there's no dihedral (by studying 3-view diagrams, a 2-3° dihedral is evident, so off my brutal bending procedure goes...🤭 ...and here is the wing undersides, where the you may see the top inner wall "detail"... Thanks for stopping by!

Wow, that is some fast progress, Spiros @fiveten
Great progress, and yes, sometimes a bit of controlled brute force is required 🙂
