    Thanks All.
All cockpit parts are from the kit...great detail.
I was a bit concerned about painting the steel photo-etch harnesses but in the end they came out okay. I did sand them a bit before painting. You can't handle them too much or the paint will come off.

    Assembled the wings:

Added the top nose piece. Filled and sanded all fuselage seams.

    Progressing nicely, Gary @gwskat
What brand is the black filler you used to fill those seams.

    Thanks Felix and John.
John, the filler I use is Bondo glazing putty, which is the red. After filling and sanding I check the seams by quickly brush painting them with black Vallejo primer. I'd rather find out if the seams are okay before I do an overall priming before painting. Though I will re-scribe seams after the main priming.

So, you are building two models, a Hurricane and a Spitfire, Gary (@gwskat). Hard to beat a pair like that.

That's what many a Luftwaffe pilot probaly said as well...

Gary, you are making this look easy, and I am anxious to see the kit completed. I hope all goes well and you don’t have any purple clouds in the words of Tom C hanging over your workbench. By coincidence I was going down the rabbit hole researching N3200 earlier this week. There are some nice videos of the restored aircraft and the process in getting it back in the air.

@gwskat, that's a nice approach to check for remaining seams. I will try that as well on my current Mitchell build. Thanks.

Wings, empennage and fuselage assembled. Some minor tweaking before priming...maybe prime later today 🤞

So I can leave the gear off during painting, the parts shown separate will be painted separate and added at the end of the build.

Hey Gary @gwskat , I’m taking in all of the groups’ builds this evening. This is beautiful. Kit looks excellent - shape looks lovely. Will Pattinson did a long YouTube odyssey through this when it came out. Yours is certainly every inch a rival for his (I know you’ll not want the comparison!). Looking forward to seeing your painting on this canvas!
