I know, it's been too long, but real life is kicking my spare time in behind and the result is only one model finished in 2019 so far... But I plan to change that!

Here's where I am at, at the moment.

Cockpit is finished. Hand painted everything, no pre-painted PE stuff. The only additions were seat harnesses made out of Tamiya masking tape and ejection seat handle made out of thin lead wire.

Landing lights - little piece of kitchen aluminum foil on the back of clear plastic part does a very convincing trick!

@inflames - what a cool landing light! Looking forward to the paintjob! That will be a real masking frenzy (or some major decaling - I haven't come across the decal-sheet you mention)

Base coat of Arctic Light Grey and little bit of playing with MrP metalizers for the exhaust area. Camouflage next!
