Since I finished the 84 Space Marines about a week ago, I've been a bit busy with company visiting as well as prepping for the new school semester beginning on the 21st. In the last couple days I've had some time to get back to the Word Bearers.

I think, with the big bases, I'm going to do a basic wood glue and sand coating and then paint it. It's just too expensive to do the big ones with AK Muddy Ground.
The red eyes are Tamiya Clear Red over Vallejo Gloss White.

Your painting skills are amazing, the flame color gradients for example. Very nice.
