Thanks fellow motorcycle enthusiasts, @johnb, @rory, Spiros @fiveten, a few little bits and pieces added, battery, foot pedals, etc, and onto the front forks, wheel, brakes, and handlebars.

    Not forgetting the mudguard.

And she’s up on two wheels.

It’s Monday morning here in China, where’s my breakfast? Happy modelling.

Your motorcycle looks terrific, George (@chinesegeorge). I don't know anything about motorcycles, but it sure looks like it would run to me.

Looking great George! The radiator will only show a leak when you add the coolant...LOL Looks like the real thing George...well done.

Thanks, George @gblair, I’m not very good with mechanical things but I’ve learned a whole lot about motorbikes while building these kits, one of the great things about this wonderful hobby of ours.

Thanks guys, Spiros @fiveten, @rory, and @johnb. Just a little thing today, the instruments, the panel is painted grey, then a quick coat of clear. The instruments themselves are, of course, waterslide transfers, Fujimi have supplied clear plastic discs to go over the top, they are a tight push fit so no cement is needed.

That’s it for today, thanks for looking, and happy modelling. We’re off to have yet another Covid test this morning…….

Great work, George (@chinesegeorge). These large scale motorcycles sure allow a lot of detail. Looking forward to the rest.

The instrumentation looks very nice, George @chinesegeorge
Those transparant discs are a nice addition.

I like the idea of push fit "glass" on the instruments. Good luck with the Covid test... when is this bug going to be done with us? Fortunately the infection rate in SA is very low; less than 500/day.

Good morning gentlemen, @gblair, @rory, @johnb, and Spiros @fiveten. It’s a bright but cold morning here in north east China, temperature is hovering just below zero degrees C, first snow of the winter is forecast tomorrow.

Just a little work carried out, some black panel lining here and there, and now onto fitting the various cables.

Fujimi supply some black vinyl tubing that seems a little finer than Tamiya’s, and a short length of clear tubing for the fuel tank venting.

The smaller size of tubing means the moulded nipples are correspondingly smaller, I shall have to go and buy some new cyano glue, mine has dried up.

    Happy modelling.

    Good day my friend @chinesegeorge!
This tubing looks great anb more "scale", though more sensitive, the latter also true for the nipples.
    Looking forward to your progress!
