    Also chain guard and swing arm assembled (the latter's port section was severely warped and I had to heat it with my wife's hairdryer, in order to force-straighten it...

    Great work on the engine, Spiros @fiveten, the first bike I built, Tamiya’s 1/12 Honda RC166 GP racer had separate cooling fins as well. I sometimes use a hair dryer to encourage tricky transfers to conform

    Battery, air filter, engine main block and furl tank in various stages of assembly...

    ...the latter being ill fitting at the neck area, so liquefied styrene to the rescue!
