the Hasegawa Hayabusa kits are designed to display the flaps extended, but usually on the ground they weren´t, so it takes a looooot of sanding to get them into the wells

Good to know about the flaps, Reinhard (@grimreaper). I have this kit and don't usually have the flaps extended on the model.
