This can easily qualify as a prime candidate for this GB, as it had been started some 15 years ago, then stalled due to (mainly) moving to my new home. It was then entered to our wonderful @lgardner 's "Luftwaffe" GB, where it remained stalled. Lately revived and received some attention, steadily moving to the finish line.
