Your Wildcat is coming right along. It looks like the model is going together very well. Sometimes we get flash on the parts in a kit. It seems to happen more in short run kits or those with older / well used molds.

I also like the new name for this group. I have several projects underway, (including a trio of three 1/48 Monogram P-39's), that have been placed on a temporary hold as I finish other priority builds. These Monogram P-39's also have a little bit of flash on them too, but nothing major. It happens when we don't want it to. Part of building models I guess.

They will fit here now with the new name change and group description. If it's OK with you, I can start a new build journal here when work resumes on them if that is OK. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You're making rappid and solid progress on this Cat.

Left wing has minor imperfections. Fitting was quite good but left wing is moved about half milimeter to the nose of plane.

@johnb It could be hard. Glue dryed now. Sometime bad karma.
PS. I made hard masking and Cat is redy for priming.
Edit. i found that rudder is bad moulded. I need to sand it and repaint. Photo is after repainting.
