The usual questions about cowling innards and wells color seem to also exist here. Arbitrarily, since it is Nakajima built machine (by netting I concluded that likely all Kates were built by Nakajima), I went for what I believe is a Nakajima trend and painted all above innards Aotake...

...and painted black...
