A very nice start, Walt. Got the 1/48 Hasegawa Rufe, which is nice, but I've heard very positive comments about your kit too. Cannot wait to see it put together!

I have built the Hasegawa Rufe, and it is very nice right out of the box. I also have the same kit you have posted here, the Tamiya version, but like Erik, stated, mine is still in the box (as is his). I am very interested to see how your model comes along. This looks like another great subject to follow.

Thanks, I've been busy with other stuff, slow on the modeling right now, yard work beckoned.

A clear scope it is! I'll also check my Hasegawa one tonight to see the status.

Spiros your sight looks like the mold was cleaner than the Tamiya.

This kit is a workout, will try to do it justice, adding some parts to the cockpit, finding all lot of cleanup on panel lines at top of fuselage ahead of windscreen
