    Hey Spiros @fiveten, this one is really eye catching! It’s funny how you took a paint approach I would never use, leaving the lightest color for last, sand that is. I usually start with lighter shade moving up until I finish with the darkest one. Seems the order is irrelevant, giving the great finish you got on the sand 😉

    I attached the exhausts and performed some weathering (dirtying, engine staining, chipping at the cowling lips etc). Here are the results:

    It's true that in 1/72 weathering must usually be quite subtle, in order to look "scale", or something like that!

    In some cases, like here, some heavier weathering might not be totally wrong, also being nicely dramatic (...let alone the fact that conditions in China, 1939, would be far from ideal...). So, I took my heavier than usual weathering chances here!
