    sooner or later i finally will build a model again 😉

    engine and cowl mounted, flaps done in downward position to bring some more life to the model

    attached the one piece canopy for now to have the cockpit aread covered for painting, gonna apply the multipart canopy later

    my dad decided to do the camo pattern by using the paint instructions as template, copy and cut it out and fix it with blue-tac on the model

    will be a step by step work

    first test looks ok, used Gunze H59 IJN Green

    Your Dad isn't wasting any time with this one ! It's moving right along. Great idea with using the instruction sheet as a painting guide. It looks like it worked very well.
