    That looks nice! I've had good luck spraying Alclad and Mr Color lacquers over badger stynylrez primer. I usually wait 24 hrs to fully cure

    the decals for the yellow wing leading edges don´t really fit that good, gonna have to do some painting too

    Painting those yellow stripes is always preferable, especially when they have to conform at curves like your case, Reinhard.

    as mentioned, my dad wanted to paint the edges in the beginning, but he couldn´t get the curve in the frontal wing roots right with the masking tape

    it´s done, there´s a slightly difference in colour tone between paint and decals and some wrinkles but I hope after washing and later on the end pics you won´t really see it

    started with the markings
    that one on the side is a one oiece decal
    it tore apart and my dad had to puzzle it together again

    Those thin and long decals rarely stay in one piece.
    I often cut them beforehand.
