    Well, because my dad builds mostly pairs lately, I thought a second Zero besides the A6M3 in surrender scheme would be nice. Decided for the last built Zero type, as far as it is known, only two prototypes were built.

    cockpit tub already done and fuselage closed, Eduard seatbelts used

    different cowl with the large carburetor air intake

    there are tanks, bombs and rockets included in the kit, but won´t add any
    closing the not neccessary holes with plastic rods

    Hasegawa used their A6M5 fuselage, only the wings are new parts, so the fit wasn´t 100% but nothing really problematic

    started to paint the engine
    due to the large spinner you hardly will see anything in the end
