Thanks for stopping by John, not much done of late, trying to cobble together the aileron bell cranks that go on the lower wing. I think the ones I made are to large , so will try again. The kit does not come with any so have to scratch build the whole system.
Pic 1. , what I am trying to replicate.
Pic2. My fat bell cranks ( scalpel for scale )

Great progress, Ian (@firelockg). The detail on the fuselage looks very good. Trying to replicate those intricate aileron assemblies will really try your patience. I recommend an adult beverage and some quiet music when you build them.

Not that easy to create such tiny parts, Ian @firelockg
    Patience is really challenged

Good advice George, had John Denver in the background and enjoyed a cold ale after. Have redone them in .5mm brass rod, seems about right.

Not wrong about patience being challenged John, especially when the little bits drop to the floor.

Slow progress over the last few days.
Painted the camo, and added a few bits before I clear coat it all, then the decals and onto the rigging prep.
Pic 3.Under carriage with 2 brass rods inserted for the bunge suspension.
Pic4 Bunge suspension on, ( Cotton thread ) Not quite correct, but better than the kit.

Thanks Spiros, I did have a few hassles with the paintwork, mainly bleeding under the masking , with one spot lifting the paint off. But I have repaired it and its not to bad, weathering will help it as well.

What a great camo scheme, Ian (@firelockg). Lots of work to open up all of the holes, but what a difference it makes in the appearance.
