I always have trouble putting these tiny nuts on the axels and other part’s Tamiya uses…so I used a dot this putty on a bamboo screw and bingo got it started so easy…wish I would have discovered it a year ago 🙂

I have the same problem, Cricket (@bikequeen), and it seems that the small parts always take up residence in the carpet. This will certainly help with the small parts.

@fiveten @gblair @johnb @rory thanks everyone, it’s also handy holding small parts for painting be it brush, airbrush or spray can. The product used to be called “Fun Tack”. It is reusable, just stretch it out fold it over a few times and good to go….out gets sticky after awhile, but it’s cheap. I also drop a lot of tiny parts. I have no dedicated work area and work at the kitchen table which has to to be cleared off when my husband gets cranky 😉 the parts hit the floor and vanish into a parallel universe never to be seen again 🙂

This is indeed amazing material, Cricket @bikequeen
I mainly use it for masking but your ideas make it even more practical.

We have the same product in SA called Prestik... millions of uses! I think Tamiya runs the "parallel universe" and sell us all our lost parts back... LOL
