Here are some previous builds of Vietnam participants.
Starting with the Monogram B-26K Counter Invader 1/48th with the Paragon resin modification, this was my very first Imodeler posting in 2013.
Next my most recent Nam build is the magnificent Tamiya AH-1 Skyraider in 1/48th,"special bomb" mission.
Next is the excellent Academy 1/72nd F-8E, this was a very nice and fun to build kit. Well detailed.
Hase's 72nd AH-1 Skyraider, well detailed kit from Hase, excellent fit.
Hobbycraft Douglas A-4C Skyhawk, a budget kit in place of the Hasegawa A-4's not a bad kit, fun to build. Note that the nose wheel is a separate part where as Hase has the nose wheel molded to the front strut.
Last my Monogram F-8E with the Kendall resin wing set. Mono's F-8 stands up well to the Hasegawa F-8 series.
Will add a couple more that I need to find images of.
