Some really nice progress, George @chinesegeorge
With those temperatures it is better to stay inside indeed, floor heating is so helpful in this case.

Great progress, George! šŸ‘ When we looked at the new Gallardos the only difference between the two on display (other than color) was that one had a clear engine deck cover, while the other car had paddle shifters, iirc. šŸ¤”
What's the finish color for this one, George?

Good morning Spiros @fiveten, @johnb, @garybrantley, @eb801. Thanks as always for looking and commenting. With regards to the engine cover, alternative parts are supplied in the kit to make a transparent one but are marked as not to be used in the parts listing.

The colour scheme is overall pure white, mainly black interior with red seat belts, black brake calipers, and chromed wheels. The bodywork has been sanded, primed, gloss coated in pure white, clear coated, and polished.

The grills, windows, and engine bay fitted. The side windows were a bit tricky to fit as there is virtually no glueing surface.

The grills are supplied in transparent plastic with instructions to paint them in smoke, which gives a kind of see-through effect.

Not much left to do now. Thank you for looking and happy modelling.

Excellent progress and this white shade looks amazing, my friend @chinesegeorge! The grilles replication approach with transparent styrene is very interesting.
