    A beautiful entry, Cricket @bikequeen
The Catherham is a great car.
Your start looks promising, especially the suspension looks great already.

Thank you all! Appreciate the comments! I’m enjoying this kit. Here is yesterdays progress. GOt the rear suspension in place and some cockpit work. Tamiya should have put a notice on the box, “Watchmaking or Brain Surgery a PLUS for this kit” 😉

Hi Cricket @bikequeen, having built a real one many years ago your build looks pretty real so far, looking forward to following your progress.

I’m jealous :). I built this kit 20 years ago but fell on hard times so I put it on ebay hoping to at least get my money back and lost my shirt! So I’m building it agin….better this time 😉

Cricket, the secret regarding names is that when you use the @ name the person gets a mail. If you reply to a topic, the owner gets a mail that I have been commenting (depending on your user settings I suppose) If you got a mail that I have commented then it works, and when you want to let people know you saw their comment you use the @ name and they get a mail (or a notification when they log in here that they had a mention). Spiros, I and a few others happily use that form.

Now, back to your build - it is an amazing kit you got here - I shall be strapped in to follow it.

Hi @bikequeen, just using the @ name works OK for me too. Which engine does this Caterham have?
