Although it took one and a half year, all the work you put into this project definitely paid off.

Really like the results Erik, @airbum, that turned out to be a really neat looking vehicle. A great addition to any display. You made the most out of the damaged kit for sure.
If you are able, I would love to get the STL Files for the wheels. Could print some up for VW kits. The do make a nice addition and look good. Nice detail that they even have the valve stems.

Walt, I haven't forgotten - I shall get them made available later on @luftwaffe-birdman. I do have a lot of resin-cast ones as I got some 30 sets made, just to have enough for future VW's 🙂
I also got some other designs, but as it is a bit expensive, I started with this design and a handful of 3D printed tyres that fit the standard Tamiya wheels.
