5. Judging

The jury will award a prize if a minimum of 10 entries has been submitted by at least five different participants.

If insufficient number of entries is submitted during any particular contest period, no award will be given for that period and the entries will be automatically included in the next period's contest.

To select the winner, the jury will consider four factors:

• Quality of the featured model
• Quality of photography
• Quality of the submitted textual description
  - Users' commentary
  Note: This is an online contest. Obviously, the image of your model is all you have to show it off. Please avoid poor pictures which do not do justice to your work as this may reduce your chance to win.

The jury is appointed by Chief Editor of iModeler.

The jury has a right to disregard any entry for any reason and has a final ruling in all issues related to the contest.

6. Winners

Winners of all contests will be contacted via email address listed in their member profile, and the person replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner.

iModeler will mail the contest prize to the supplied address. The recipient of the winner announcement email must supply iModeler with his/her full legal name and mailing address.

Claiming of prizes requires a response from the winning member within 15 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. iModeler is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and/or fees that may be incurred in their country of residence.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings unless such possibility is explicitly offered in the winner announcement.

Prizes are normally shipped by surface mail. Although every effort is made to secure timely delivery, actual times may vary widely depending on the recipient's country, particularly if outside North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

iModeler may not assume any responsibility for loss or damage of prize items in delivery.

7. Other

iModeler reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
