    I started this 18 months ago and put it aside after doing the cockpit and starting the wings. Picked it up again over the past month or so and its headed for the paint shop soon hopefully...

    Very nice work, like i said before. How difficult was it to paint those Goffy Model engines? they look much better than the kit ones (which look surprisingly Neptune-Like, don't you think?).

    The idea of using eye bolts to attach the mooring rope is genius. Also a great way to attach brake lines.

    I hate to tell you this, but those seats were grey, and the pads were orange. I know because I sat in them many times flying around in the old pigboats. But don't worry - I doubt there's another modeler around who knows that. 🙂

    When I saw that the decals for the first release were for Seashell-5, the airplane I had flown around in so many times, I picked it up and built it. As you'll notice when it's painted, you can't see much of all that cockpit detail you did. Nice work there though.
