They're for figures, probably 28mm to 75mm range - from Model Display Products (www.modeldisplayproducts.co.uk), resin, supplied unpainted, I believe.
The guy with the shield full of arrows is one of their figures (nice) as is the Female Gladiator (just visible to the right of the Chinese Dragon in the next photo along).

Photo 13 is of a Lotus by fellow club modeller Mike Easton, who won Gold here. This car also won Gold in its Class last year at Telford.
