1/72 Xtrakit, my third Meteor, with Pavla MB1 seat, finished in Humbrol enamel 11, 19, Tamiya X14 and details in Model Master metalizers with Red Roo decals and Future.
A agree with my esteemed colleague, George...nice job in any scale, but impressive in 72nd (which I rarely do). You'd think think an aerobatic team would be a bit more "flashy" in appearance, but after all, they WERE British. lol
Hi Allan,
I have just discovered this site and have been so pleased to find the Meteor featured. My father flew Meteors extensively, including 201 sorties in Korea. He actually flew '875' as well.
Cheers,

Very neat looking Meteor, especially good in 1/72 scale.
Thanks George.
Excellent build.
Thanks Robert.

Good looking Meteor!
Thanks Greg.
Allen, I must say, I really like it. Very attractive, very well done. I think this is a wonderful model to have in 1/72 scale.
Thanks Terry.
Allen, real pretty Meteor, in a scheme us gringos don't get to see.
Thanks Bernard.
