Revell 1/25 1968 Charger
Revell's 1968 Dodge Charger RTpainted with Testor's Model Master Dark Bronze Metallic. The engine is a 440 4 barrel painted in Chrysler Engine Blue from Model Master. I added spark plug wiring, heater and vacuum hoses fuel lines and filter, battery cables and clamps and the spring for the hood latch. If you look close you might also see that there's valve stems in the tires. Aircraft modelers might notice the color of the caps on the battery; they're painted with Russian interior blue/green. The color on the rear leaf springs and front suspension arms is cosmoline, a rust preventative coating (maybe if my 96 Ford Bronco had some of that stuff, I'd still have my Bronco 🙁 )
Very nice engine detail..great job I wish I had the patience / ability to detail my motors like this one..beautiful build thanks for sharing
Looks great Frank….impressive engine bay detail.
Mopar ! Gotta love it, nice touch with the red line rubber.
Nice job on another "muscle car" - (wish I had one just like it).
A very cool car, and a great model, the extra detail, especially in the engine bay, makes an exceptional model, wish I could see a picture with the bonnet (oops, I mean hood) down as well.
I knew what you meant ,watched enough Avengers, Secret agent man, also Benny Hill and the like. The boot is the trunk?
You're on it, Robert, and while we're about it the windscreen is the windshield and the accelerator is the gas pedal! Any more?
Gotta dust off the memory banks.
nice mopar awesome build
