1/72 Hasegawa F/A-18E Super Hornet

June 12, 2020 · in Aviation · · 7 · 3.9K

I started this kit probably close to 10 years ago and put it away due to all the sanding filling and rescribing I was having to do. I pulled it out a few months ago and decided to finish it. This is the F/A-18E kit. The markings are from the box and depict a aircraft from VFA-27 the "Royal Maces" in a low-viz scheme. I used some PE in the cockpit, Quickboost ejection seat and Aires burner cans. Model is painted using MRP paints.
