Italeri 1/9 Triumph 3HW
Here is my completed Italeri 1/9 Triumph which I finished pretty much out of the box. I replaced the kits wiring with thinner gauge wire and scratch built the box on top of the panniers. Painted with Tamiya XF's and weathered with pastels. I decided to keep the weathering to a minimum on this build…..
You’ve done a brilliant job with this, Kevin, but please don’t leave it in “uncategorized”, it must be in motorcycles.
Many thanks George! I have recategorised it under automotive (I couldn't find motorcycles?)
Cheers,
Kevin
Looks great, Kevin. Maximum degree of realism.
Very kind, thank you Bob!
Very, VERY NICE and very realistic. The weathering is just right. I built their 1/9 H-D WLA a while back. Those kits are so realistic and well designed. A pleasure to build.
Thanks very much Tom...totally agree re: pleasurable build!
That's beautiful work, Kevin! 🤩 It does look quite realistic; since it's a Triumph, a small pool of oil beneath the bike might be appropriate, too. 😉 😁
Very kind, thank you Gary! I'll have to accept what you're saying about the oil leak as I must confess, I know absolutely nothing about motorbikes!
Great looking build, Kevin
Thanks very much Gary!
Awesome job and super result, Kevin!
Thanks a lot Spiros, hope you're well mate!
A very realistic-looking result.
Cheers Tom, very kind!
These could pass for photos of an actual bike. Extremely realistic.
Thanks very much Mark, much appreciated!
That's a wonderful result, Kevin @kevinrowbotham
You kept the weathering to a perfect level giving it a very realistic look.
Very kind comments John, thank you!
Super gebaut einfach Genial.
Thanks very much for your comment Hans, much appreciated!
