Kittyhawk Mk.III, 1/32 Hasegawa kit by Tony Prince.

December 4, 2013 · in Aviation · · 16 · 3K

Finished yesterday; this is Hasegawa's 1/32 scale P-40M kit, built as a Mk. III serving with 112 Sqn. RAF in Italy. Essentially OOB except for seat belts, aerial wire & hydraulic lines. Thanks to Tom Cleaver for a heads up on a couple of construction points too; a big help Tom!

Paints are from Gunze, Valleho & Lifecolor & decals from BarracudaCals (Kittyhawk Mk.I).

Lots of references from the Web including some contemporary colour photos. How lucky can you get?

Happy modelling.

Tony
