Mansyu Ki-98
This is my latest and first fully finished build – Mansyu Ki-98 from Meng in 1/72 scale. Painted with Gunze and Vallejo (cockpit, wheels) acrylics + pygments (for cannons) from ukrainian manufacturer Ho-Ma. Seat belts - scratch from cigarette foil. A good kit of the beautiful experimental airplane. Thank you.
Nice job on what to me is a very strange design.
Any info on what the benefit was going to be?
Thanks! I think you should read article from Wikipedia about twin-boom aircraft - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twin-boom_aircraft - for more info.
Nice job...don't think I've seen those markings before - what nation is that?
Thanks! This is a Manchukuo Airforce, end of 1945, markings. More info - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manchukuo_Air_Force
Different and really cool looking at the same time-nicely done.
As above what Erich said plus a niely built and painted plane.
Well done.

You did an excellent job on this. I really like the markings and the way you have weathered it. The Manchukuo markings are really unique and colorful.
Great Job Aleksey, a very well done NMF looks like a bit of pre-shading going on there.
Very Nice Work!
