Covid No.6 Revell Me-262 B
One of rare builds for me. Started and completed within six months! This is very nice kit overall. The gun cover fit is fiddley, but with a little time worked ok. Basically OOB. Some added brake lines and seatbelt decals from the kit were added to some lead foil from dental X-ray packets- have had this hoarded for sometime. Digital X-rays these days don’t work the way the old packets did. I cover the foil with Future, apply decal and let sit for some time, cut around decal/foil slightly and let Future finish setting. Then finish removal and gently bend and apply them where need with CA glue. Kit painted with Tamiya NATO black on undersurface, AK O2,76, late war greens, Model Master chrome and other colors. Used the kit interior decals- very nice and settled in well with Micro Sol.
