Tamiya 1/48 F-14D Tomcat
After seeing Top Gun Maverick, I felt nostalgic and wanted to build a Tomcat for my collection. Somehow, I also managed to get an A model in my stash. 😄 The build was out of the box with no modifications.

Thanks Richard! It was trial and error to mix the paint to match the blue. There's always some high adventure when I'm building 😀

Fine paintwork and weathering, David. The panel lines look very nice, in particular, plus flawless decal application. You have chosen a colorful scheme not often seen in F-14 builds online. Really eye-catching. A great first article for iModeler. Welcome aboard! I hope you enjoyed the Tamiya kit. I have one of these in my stash, as well as a couple of Hasegawa kits. So many models, so little time.

Welcome aboard iModeler! That's an outstanding Tomcat David. I see by your avatar pic your sitting in rhe pilot seat of a UH-1. I use to be an engine mechanic on Hueys and Cobras a while back, I miss it. Again, welcome to iModeler.
