He seems a nice enough guy, but reviews are useless..an unbuildable piece of junk is inevitably “very nice indeed”
All inbox reviews are pretty much useless in helping one assess a potential purchase. The Valom kits I've built have been fun. Certainly challenging with but the results come out very well and they're a nice canvas for extra detail.
