Hello everyone,

I am a 67 year old French modeler who built his first model (Bf 109G AIRFIX 1/72) at the age of 8.

Perhaps, because I mainly assembled single-engine propeller fighter planes from WWII (Corsair, Mustang, Thunderbolt, Messerschmitt, Focke-Wulf, Zero, Hien, Hayate, Spitfire...), I specialized over the years, through my research and the accumulation of documentation, in this area.

I worked as an airplane modeler until I was a teenager and then with family life, sport and work, it became sporadic. At the end of 2013, I created a personal sharing and information blog "AVIONS EN KITS" to relaunch this hobby.

It was only in 2020, in the midst of the COVID crisis and my professional retirement, that I really resumed work as an aircraft modeler. I decided to only do diorama projects around a fighter plane, with construction as close as possible to technical and historical reality.
