This personal conversion nears an end, and a modeling 'baptism' awaits. In truth, iModeler is a broad 'church' with many tribes, all of us...singular, special, remarkable, talented brothers.

Thanks so much, Louis. I'm really pleased to be back in the den (as you can probably tell) and will be able to get more building done in general. Hoping to finish the Tiger this weekend, then simultaneously on to the 'underwater Hellcat' and the 'Higher Call' diorama. I just managed to bag an old Accurate Minatures Avenger in Enterprise colors (Truk) which will be in line for the summer. Really looking forward to that absolute beauty of a model.

This most assuredly will not be the only tank I build. I hope to make an Eastern Europe diorama to capture Hans and Karl in Belarus, probably a later Mark Tiger. After all, I still have those Friul tracks. On the bench you can see lots of stone castings I've been making in preparation for an ancient bridge as part of this build.

I love that you have found a set of these decals - the howling coyote is perfect and it sounds like a fantastic project. That photo of 'Wild Bill' looking so proud by his Mustang is a great find. I get really excited when I find a build where things just fit into place like this. This is a gorgeous Pony and I know you'll do her (and your friend) proud.
